Toseh Tejarat Sarmayeh Paydar Qeshm was registered and started its activities according to the license number 90/513 at 5 -Sep-2011 with registration number 3165 and national ID 14000023379 as a private joint stock company in Qeshm Free Zone in order to do commercial activities in accordance with the regulations as well as the partnership with other companies and financial and credit institutions. Capital portfolio status of subsidiaries of Sarmayeh Bank and the need to use the services of an independent company with the ability to conduct business activities as well as opportunities in the bank and in the country’s economic environment, especially in free zones to conduct business activities. All of the above have made it necessary to establish a company.

Goals:

• Organizing business activities as a subsidiaries of Sarmayeh Bank in order to carry out the planned activities of the bank.

• Use the existing capacities to meet the needs of the bank and its subsidiaries in the cycle of commercial operations

• Creating the necessary conditions for foreign trade activities due to the restrictions for international trade in the country.
